The key to making physical activity fun is to find something you enjoy. When you enjoy an activity, it

 doesn't feel like work. It feels like play. And when you're having fun, you're more likely to stick

 with it.


Another way to make physical activity more fun is to mix it up. Don't do the same thing every

 day. Try
